In order to complete your return successfully you will need to follow these following guidelines.
Good & Unused Parts
Your return must be requested within 15 days of receiving your item.
You must email us and request a RMA number (make sure to include your order number and a phone number in your email)
Make sure to return your item within 5 business days from receiving your RMA number
Include your receipt and RMA number in the box (packages that come with no receipt and RMA number will not be processed)
Once we receive your item give us 1-2 business days to process and refund your credit card.
We reserve the right to charge up to 15% restocking fee
Returned parts must not have any cosmetic damage and must have original myoemparts identifiers.
Defective Parts (DOA)
MYOEMPARTS offers 1 year warranty on all parts. In the unfortunate case that your part is DOA you must follow these steps to replace your item under warranty.
If your part arrives DOA or becomes defective within 1 year you must contact us to request a warranty part exchange. (include your order number and phone number in your email)
You will have 5 business days from the day you get the exchange confirmation to send your defective item back to MYOEMPARTS
All parts must be in their original condition and have their myoemparts identifiers.
Once we receive your part we will process your exchange within 1-2 business days.
If we do not have your item in stock for replacement we will issue you a full refund.
If our returns department determines that your item has been cosmetically damaged or is missing its myoemparts identifiers we reserve the right to reject any returns or warranty replacements.
